CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CONDITIONING

Cardio Interval~ Warm up followed by 5 – 10 minute intervals of cardio using the bike, alternating with 5 – 10 minute intervals using hand weights and body bars. Followed by abs and stretching.

Cardio Kickboxing ~ Jab, cross and kick your way to fitness. This fast paced workout will improve your full-body endurance and definition in a fun and invigorating fashion.

Circuit ~ A guided full body workout downstairs on the weight floor with machines and free weights, taught by a certified personal trainer. Please warm up 5-10 minutes prior to class.

Circuit Interval ~ Guided full body workout downstairs on the weight floor with machines, free weights and cardio stations utilizing one minute intervals. This is a faster paced and more cardiovascular demanding version of our classic circuit class and is taught by a certified personal trainer. Please warm up 5-10 minutes prior to class.

Power Pacing ~ Warm up and cardio on a stationary bike in a fun, high speed and energetic group setting. Water, bike shorts and appropriate footwear is advised.

Rep Reebok ~ This barbell program challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. The simplicity of this class makes it a great starting point to develop strength and confidence for those who are new to weight training. Discover the benefits of resistance training today!

Rep Reebok Interval ~ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It’s a toning and conditioning class utilizing the group cycling bikes and weights in 5 minute intervals. This class is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout and finishes with abs and stretching.

PILATES

Pilates Mat ~ Floor class utilizing mats. Originally designed to rehabilitate injuries, tasks promote core training, centering on the abdominal and lower back muscles. Improves posture, relieves back pain and prevents injury.

YOGA

Basic Yoga ~ A combination of Hatha and Iyengar yoga, this class will focus on 13 fundamental poses. Beginners are welcome and yoga mats are encouraged, but not required.

Shaolin Yoga ~ Shaolin Yoga is a combination of Hatha and Kundalini yoga with influences from Chinese martial arts and Tibetan Buddhism. A faster paced style of yoga, Shaolin will quicken the mind/body connection while strengthening the soul. Modifications offered.
